So tonight at work I received a text from my husband:
"Here's a 5 word phrase I never thought I'd have to use..."
DON'T PEE ON YOUR BROTHER
I'm still laughing. But why are little boys so interested in the gross things? One of my sons has recently taken up nose picking and booger eating. Disgusting. This is the same son who has a panic attack if his hands get dirty with food on them. Odd behavior that cannot be explained.
We are also potty training, this a joy. Please don't take me seriously people, it's horrible. We've been potty training since my kids could walk! I've tried every method out there and we're still in pull ups. Since the twins have turned 3 they have shown a tad more motivation towards it so I can see the light at the end of the tunnel but I'm still frustrated. I mostly am sick of wiping butts. Is anyone else out there feeling the same?
And now my kids think it's funny to wipe their butt then smell their fingers while sitting on the pot, CAN ANYTHING BE MORE SICK!!!!!
So I will invest in clorox wipes and disinfecting hand soap for the rest of their years. Lesson learned, boys are lazy and as long as you keep wiping their butts for them, they will never want to do it themselves.
As much as my kids gross me out lately, they ultimately provides hours of endless entertainment. Thanks kids!

First blog
Today is the first day I've decided to start a blog. Not really sure why I've decided to venture into this part of the internet but, I'm here.
I've never been good at journaling. When I was younger (8-10), I kept a diary. It was probably my only way of expressing my feelings at the time, and now that I think of it, was very lame. I wrote things about how much I loved Corey Haim and New Kids on the Block, and then how much I hated my step dad. We didn't exactly get along during my "tween" years. I may have even written "a$$hole" in it, which was a serious crime in my christian family.
One day I came home from school, feeling very innocent as usual, to find my mother in my room reading my diary. From that moment on my mother and mine's relationship changed forever and I stopped documenting my feelings for fear of someone finding out. I was in a ton of trouble, probably grounded for quite a while-I think my Nintendo even got taken away- so writing has had a negative vibe for me since.
So lately I've just wanted to start writing stuff down about my life and I figured this would be the easiest way to do it since I can type like 1000 words a minute!
Me in a nut shell...I'm a mother of 3 year old twin boys, I work as a 911 dispatcher in southern CA, and am happily married. Life is good, just chaotic at times.
